Have Fun, Take Part! Show Off Your Skills.

On this page, you'll find everything required to showcase your talent at the 2017 Jeffco Fair & Festival Open Class Competition. Please be sure to read all information below and the 2017 Open Class Book before submitting your entries.

Online Open Class entries and the 2017 Open Class Book for the 2017 Jeffco Fair & Festival Open Class competition will be available on this page beginning June 6, 2017.

Exhibitors will receive one (1) credential for FREE general admission into the event for all four days. Credentials will be distributed during onsite exhibit check-in after entry fees are received.

Please review all information below as well the 2017 Open Class Book. Online entry forms are located at the bottom of the page for each department.

Online Entry Opens: Tuesday, June 6

Online Entry Deadline: Friday, August 4 at 5PM

On-site Entry Deadline: Sunday, August 6 at 12PM

Exhibit check-in and entry payment: Sunday, August 6 from 9AM – 12PM

Judging: Sunday, August 6 at 1PM (Open to the Public)

Exhibit Release: Sunday August 13 at 6PM

How To Enter

  1. Begin by browsing the division and classes listed in the Open Class Book to see where your passion lies.
  2. Review the competition rules to make sure your entry qualifies.
  3. You will need the Open Class Book to reference and to complete some fields for your online entry.
  4. Click on the appropriate department entry form below and complete the online entry form.
  5. To enter any other departments, please return to this page of our website to access those online entry forms.
  6. Bring your entries on the appropriate date and time for exhibit check-in... and join us at the 2017 Jeffco Fair & Festival!

Entry Fees

  1. $3 per entry.
  2. Exhibitors will only be charged up to $15 (five entries) for entries. Exhibitors that enter six or more entries will not be charged additional fees beyond the $15.
  3. Entries and the $3.00 entry fee per exhibit are due upon exhibit check-in. Entry payments can be made in cash or check. Please make all checks out to Jefferson County Treasurer.
  4. Do not send or mail payments in prior to onsite check-in. Payments will only be accepted during exhibit check-in.
  5. Entry payments are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
