Jeffco Fair & Festival - Vendors

ALL VENDOR SPACES HAVE BEEN FILLED FOR 2017. FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES OR THE STATUS OF YOUR VENDOR APPLICATION, PLEASE EMAIL OUR TEAM AT INFO@CELEBRATEJEFFCO.COM.

All vendor spaces are located outdoors and vendor fees are based on a standard 10x10 space.

IMPORTANT DATES


Deadline for Insurance Certificates, Vendor Fees & Vendor Agreements

July 8, 2017

Credential Pick-up Begins

July 24, 2017

Deadline for Coke Product Orders (Food and beverage Vendors only)

July 27, 2017

Vendor Load-in Dates (Time slots for load-in will be communicated at a later date)

August 8 – 10, 2017

Event Dates

August 10 – 13, 2017

Vendor Load-out Dates

EVENT OPERATING DATES AND TIMES

Vendors are expected to be open during ALL Event operating hours. All exhibits, booths and spaces bust be staffed and operational thirty minutes prior to Event opening.

Vendors will sufficiently staff booth space during ALL Event hours. Closing early or tearing down your space early is not permitted. Tear down shall not begin until after the Event closes. Vehicles will be allowed into load-out zones to load-out after all Event attendees have departed.
