Checklist

Let’s get down to it. You’re excited and raring to go on what will undoubtedly be your favorite summer event! We can’t wait to meet you all, and wish the best of times for you to come. To ensure the frowns stay upside down, here’s a checklist we’ve put together for you.

(1) Comfortable shoes. These are a must! You'll be doing a lot of walking around the event, and you could be on your feet quite a bit more than you may anticipate. For this reason, we do not recommend wearing flip-flops or heeled shoes to the Jeffco Fair & Festival.

(2) Sunscreen. It doesn't take long to get sunburned. Make sure to cover up!

(3) Sunglasses. Great for two reasons: you'll look like a rock star, and you'll protect your eyes from the bright sun.

(4) Baseball cap or wide brimmed hat. Hats will help to shield your eyes and face from the sun. This is especially essential for men with bald or shaved heads.

(5) Backpacks and shoulder bags. A small, soft-sided bag is always handy to have with you when exploring the Jeffco Fair & Festival. Please be advised that your bag will be inspected before you enter our event. We recommend that you pack only basic essentials and leave valuable items at home.

(6) Wet wipes. These are a good idea if you’re traveling with kids, especially if they're going to be snacking.

(7) Camera with batteries, plenty of film or extra memory cards. Expect to take lots of photographs during your visit.

Are campsites available in the campground?

Our campground will be used as event space throughout event dates and therefore, campsites will not be available.

Lost children

Please report all lost children to the Guest Relations booth in the Expo Plaza zone. This area will be where our team will reunite any children and their party.
