A celebration of working cowboys, their families and the ranches they represent, our Ranch Rodeo is steeped in history and formed from the everyday realities of the cowboy life. Join teams from ranches across Colorado, Montana and Wyoming as well bronc riders as they compete in an afternoon of fun and tradition.
- House Opens: Gates for all ticketed special events generally open for guests 30 - 45 minutes prior to the scheduled show time.
- Pre-show: Check out our Grand Champion Mutton Bustin' Championship at 1:30 p.m. Mutton Bustin’ features children between the ages 5 and 7 and under 60 pounds riding sheep out of a chute and into the arena. Anything goes, and usually does, as contestants hold on as long as they can!
- Show: Jefferson County's very own Westernaires kick things off at 2:00 p.m. with our grand entry followed by our National Anthem performed by Mary Louise Lee. Then kick back and enjoy our 2018 Ranch Rodeo Finals

*Arena tickets include same day general admission to the Jeffco Fair & Festival. General admission seating for all events in the Rodeo Arena provides access to an area within the venue. Your exact viewing location will be determined upon arrival, on a first come, first served basis. Access to the event for one day and tickets are date specific.
