FREE parking! All parking for the event is complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds is limited and therefore, we encourage you to plan accordingly. Parking updates will be available on our social media sites as well please keep an eye out for road sign signage that will give updates and directions to parking areas.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking can be found in Parking Lot A. Please follow directional signage and directions from event staff for accessible parking locations.

A vehicle with a state-issued parking permit or a license plate designated a disabled driver or passenger may park in these areas. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bicycles, Motorcycles & Scooters

A designated area is available for bicycle, motorcycle and scooter parking in our general parking lot area near the event's main entrance off of Frontage Road. Guests will be directed to use these spaces to park if they arrive with a bicycle, motorcycle or scooter.


We encourage everyone to carpool due to limited parking at Jeffco Fairgrounds.

General Parking

General parking is limited. Please follow directional signage and directions from event staff for parking locations. We recommend arriving early to avoid traffic and ensure close parking. Parking is first-come, first-served and guests should only park in designated locations. Parking lots close 90 minutes following the conclusion of the event. Overnight parking is prohibited. Vehicles parked incorrectly or left overnight may be ticketed or towed.
  • Parking Lots A & B: Located off of Frontage Road, there are two parking lot areas where guests may park. Both parking lots have a ticket booth and entrance gate located in them. Some parking areas are a longer walking distance than others. Please plan accordingly.
  • Parking Lot C: Located off of McIntyre Street, this parking lot area is located near the Rodeo Arena and has a ticket booth and entrance gate located in it. This parking lot is not open for public parking on Saturday, August 10.
  • Drop-off: Guests can be dropped off near each ticket booth in each of our parking lots. Courtesy shuttles and carts are not available outside or inside of the event.

Overflow Parking & Shuttles

Overflow parking is located at the Lakewood campus of Red Rocks Community College (located off the Sixth Avenue Freeway at 13300 W. 6th Ave, Lakewood, CO 80228).

If the general parking lots (Lots A, B & C) at the Fairgrounds are full, you will be directed to park in overflow parking at Red Rocks Community College. Please follow signage to appropriate the South Forty Parking Lot and shuttle drop-off and pick-up.

Shuttles: Relax and enjoy the ride with complimentary, air-conditioned shuttle service. The shuttle departs from the overflow parking lot area of Red Rocks Community College and will drop guests off at the Fairgrounds near the ticket booth at Parking Lot A. Shuttles will depart approximately every 20 - 30 minutes.

Public Transit

Public transit options will stop at our overflow parking location, the Lakewood campus of Red Rocks Community College. See information on overflow parking location above.
  • Bus: Red Rocks Community College is serviced by RTD Route 17. This route stops at the East Entrance of the campus.
  • Light Rail: The RTD Light Rail W Line stops at the West 6th Avenue Frontage Road and Arbutus Drive. This is within a reasonable walking distance to the campus. You can also use the Route 17 bus for this connection.
